Fashion retailer are seeking a Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of the annual marketing calendar to achieve the marketing strategy through their self and the wider team .
What You'll Be Doing: :
*With the Head of Marketing create the vision for the on going development of the Brand and communications strategy.
*Art direct seasonal photoshoots
*Implement and manage the trade marketing calendar and ensuring innovative campaigns.
*Responsible for analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and champion future campaigns from previous results.
*Working closely with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure one tone of voice across all touch points.
*Ensure the marketing team delivers effective store and local marketing communication activity in line with the business strategy.
*Provide guidance for store and local marketing activity.
*Manage budgets and work closely with external agencies.
*Planning, organizing and executing new product and packaging development, retail launches and events, PR and social channels, on and offline communications
*Manage the work stream between Peacocks and Imprint
*Work closely with retail operations to ensure consistency of brand across the stores.
*Oversee a team of marketing specialists., providing guidance and support within their area and providing opportunities for them to grow and development

Skills Required:
*Have a B2C background and full knowledge of the marketing mix
*be adept in brand, product, digital, communications, content, CRM
*be able to work with multiple touch points and stakeholders (internal & external)
*ideally have worked in a retail business that has an ecommerce offering
*be analytical and confortable with using data to provide commercial insight
*Budget and cost analysis experience
*Project management experience
*Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments
