The client is the leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across commercial, residential and rural sectors.

Based in the HQ in central London, the core marketing & communications (Marcoms) team provides support to UK and global offices, formulating and implementing relevant strategies and campaigns

Scope

This role will provide specific support to the Group Head of Marcoms helping him run an effective department. This role will be broken in to four distinct parts:

1. Managing and supporting the Group Head of Marcoms in his day to day role including diary management, presentation support etc.
2. Running key meetings within the function (for example Marcoms Leadership meeting), bringing more rigour to the outputs and actions
3. Implementing key processes such as appraisals, promotions, new starters, reporting, budgeting etc.
4. Consistently looking to how we can improve our function.
This person will contribute to an increase in efficiency and drive consistent results. They will help the large Marcoms team to build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing best admin practice, planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

1.Helping the Group Head of Marcoms running effectively and efficiently, specifically managing his diary and time
2.Supporting the development of presentations - making sure that the development starts in good time and the decks have the right narrative, content and communicate effectively
3.Supporting the leadership team in operating key meetings including set-up, structure, collecting and monitoring of actions etc.
4.Project administration such as structure, action, risk logs and preparing for key meetings for cross function projects
5.Team event creation and management
6.Creating and implementing procedures for standard processes such as appraisals, promotions, new starters and reporting
7.Working with department heads on their Marcoms budget position, logging actions and monitoring that they are complete
8.Create and maintain effective filing structure of the team




Personal Skills Profile

Diary management experience
Have worked in a fast paced Marcoms teams
Preferably be experienced working in a partnership
Flexible, adaptable, and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Dedicated, diligent and punctual.
A well-presented individual with a proven background in organisation and administration.
Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation, including senior stakeholders.
Understanding and interested in residential and commercial property markets
A good degree of initiative and self-motivation
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and on budget.
Flexible, adaptable and with a co-operative attitude; able to work as part of a team.
