Job Advert: Candidate Consultant - New Opportunity

ROC Recruitment is a prestigious, privately-owned recruitment agency based in London giving a high-quality service to our clients and candidates. In 1997 we were the 87th fastest growing company in the UK - Virgin Atlantic League Table. We place permanent, contract and temporary staff for a range of organisations, from world-class blue chip companies to elite private individuals, across a variety of sectors and job roles. Our Consultants are amongst the best in the industry, committed to doing all it takes to put the right people in the right roles.

The longevity of our staff is a testament to the business culture and reward system in-place at ROC. Unlike many recruitment agencies where staff turnover is very high, our Consultants stay with us for over 6 years on average. This is due to the values that run throughout all activities at ROC: commitment, listening and understanding needs, providing exceptional service, and rewarding excellent results.

Staff at ROC "have a voice"and we foster a genuinely consultative culture - each and every staff member is encouraged to contribute to business strategy and development. Staff at ROC have the opportunity to make a real difference to the business.

We are re-opening our London office which closed following Government covid guidelines in March 2020 and we have a Hertfordshire office. We have hybrid working where some consultants are home-based and some office based. We do not drive hard kpi's, but are results orientated which works for us. We give our team all the tools they need to build a successful, lucrative desk.
