Manage the process to meet our client's "right first time" mission and ensure we are compliant for every hire. We pride ourselves in meeting the demands of our customer at all levels

Your responsibilities will involve:

Keeping and maintaining all records for our plant and rehired plant, using Syrnix
Meeting all response times for sending documentation
Completing booking in forms for transport moves across all HS2 sites
Assisting with movement orders for HS2 Sites
Being the main contact for customer logistics teams
Sending each customer driver details per delivery/collection/exchange
Collating all NRMM details for each machine across all HS2 sites - PDI's, LOLER Certificates, spec sheets etc, and send to every customer ahead of deliveries
Submitting Live Hire Reports for each HS2 customer
Collating all necessary Operator Documentation - CPCS Cards / medicals etc and send to every customer ahead of start date
Working with the Transport and HS2 desks to prioritise documentation
Keeping our customers updated on progress through yourself and the team
Providing the highest levels of customer service
You will have a good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel, along with great customer service experience. You will have the opportunity to get stuck in work within a great team.
