My clients are leading international property consultants based in the UK. They are looking to recruit a FM for a rolling contract starting 2nd August
We are looking for a mid-level FM who has a understanding of a FM Helpdesk, Permits, LL and tenant relationships, cleaning and maintenance contracts, you will also need to be happy to roll your sleeves up an pitch in with room set ups if needed.




Job Description

We are looking for an individual with significant experience in Facilities

Main Responsibilities

* Acting as principle contact for all enquiries, submitted via the Helpdesk, and delegating tasks to appropriate members of the department
* Prioritise job requests monitoring progress and keeping business users updated on job status
* Overseeing maintenance programmes for each office with responsibility for liaising with respective contractors
* Dealing promptly with reactive tasks or emergencies, escalating to relevant parties when appropriate
* Central administrator for Condeco room booking software system with responsibility for communicating updates to team administrators and providing assistance to business users as and when required
* Responsibility for coordinating the accreditation process with a full range of duties including liaising with accreditation bodies and auditors, arranging internal/external audits, coordinating site visits and ensuring that documentation remains current
uploading documentation to the intranet and ensuring that information remains relevant
* Occasional cover of Reception duties dealing with incoming calls, visitors, booking couriers and arranging travel

Administrative Responsibilities

* Maintain up to date contact and supplier details ensuring that updates are circulated accordingly
* Attend meetings, compose minutes and follow up action points
* Report and track faults ensuring that business users are kept updated
* Produce quarterly figures for publication including recycling stats
* Ongoing liaison with London and regional administrators as first point of contact for issues and concerns of a building and facilities nature, escalating when required
* Responsible for reviewing supplier costs on a regular basis, coding invoices and assisting with bi-annual budget reviews
* Co-ordinate Fire Marshal and First Aid training ensuring that records are kept up to date and there is sufficient cover for each office
* Procurement including consumables, PPE, equipment and fixed assets

Qualifications, Skills and Key Attributes

* Excellent customer service skills
* Polite and articulate with a polished and professional approach
* Ability to resolve problems quickly, efficiently and in a calm manner
* Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
* Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliable and flexible particularly as there will be an occasional requirement to work outside of core hours
