About the role:
Working as part of the existing Internal Recruitment team, who are experts in their field, you'll be working with the business, engaging with Internal stakeholders to support on a range of projects and deliverables.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to ascertain needs and requirements
- Using a range of platforms to market map specific Industry sectors and skill sets
- Proactively head hunting potential talent for the business
- Assisting with recruitment projects and preparing management information
About you:
- You'll be an experienced recruiter - in-house or agency based, with experience of head hunting talent in a specialised vertical market
- You'll be knowledgeable, credible and able to inspire confidence
- You'll have first class communication skills - both written and verbal and be able to write highly articulate and engaging emails and text
- You'll have experience of stakeholder management
- You'll have experience of recruiting at mid to senior Exec level
- You'll be available immediately and happy to commit to an ongoing assignment
- You'll be passionate about delivering tangible results
