Exciting role for a dynamic EA to provide first class administrative support to the CEO and Finance Director of this dynamic property. The ideal candidate will have prior EA experience, will build relationships across a variety of stakeholders internally and externally. The role will also have a project management function, exciting opportunity that would suit someone who wants a lot of variety in their role.


Key Responsibilities
Be the CE0'S "right hand person": strong understanding of their priorities
including full, complex diary management. This involves organising client meetings,
lunches, dinners and internal and external events. Ensuring they are in the right
place and the right time
Act as an extension to the leadership team in taking ownership of issues - pushing
things through to resolution, coordinating responses and keeping all stakeholders
informed as appropriate.
Work autonomously to draft meeting materials on behalf of the leadership team
(frequently utilising PowerPoint) in preparation for meetings with the wider
business and clients. Working with colleagues and leadership team to request and
collate information and develop into a draft deck at speed. Organise board meetings
and papers.
Effective "gate keeping": managing all incoming communication (including voicemail
and e-mail), efficiently establishing what is priority, drafting replies and
ensuring that all mail and enquiries are processed in an accurate, professional and
timely manner
Project management co-ordination and complete overview of working projects.
 Ensure the smooth running of office you will have one PA and one receptionist who
will report into you.


Professional experience and personal skills profile

Qualifications / Education Required.

5 years+ experience in a similar level PA role
Excellent IT skills: Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point (production of
high quality documents, reports and correspondence, diary and email management in
Outlook) with the ability to pick up systems and process based training quickly

Particular Aptitudes / Skills Required

Extensive diary management experience.
Ability to juggle and prioritise busy workloads efficiently and must have operated
at board level
Using complete discretion when dealing with confidential information
Good standard of English grammar, spelling, and takes pride in presentation of work.
Flexible, adaptable, proactive and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under
pressure.
Experience of managing staff would be an advantage
