My clients are the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm (based on 2020 revenue).
In the UK, we service our clients from our offices in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, and Southampton.

They are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator
Location:London

Role Purpose
This is a residential project completed some time ago by a previous contractor that requires complicated remedial works which are ongoing at present. There is a large project team onsite already
Will require some technical knowledge and willingness to visit site with or without other personal (training and PPE will be given) to check information given and meet subconsultants.

Key Responsibilities

*Oversight and knowledge of onsite activities (just so he knows what work has been done for the invoices)
*Liaison with External QS firm on information collated by them for invoice information as well as with staff for payment process
*Checking and authorising invoices related falling outside of the contracted works on a weekly basis
*Collating, checking against forecasts, and authorising invoices related to the contracted works on a monthly basis for inclusion in drawdown packs to the client.
*Management of and liaison with all on site sub-consultants

Person Specification/Requirements

*2 years project coordination experience
*Experience of construction
*Strong communicator and good interpersonal skills
*Flexible approach to work
