My clients are a global property firm and their City Sales team in Edinburgh is looking for a Team Secretary to assist with administration and marketing duties.
The Edinburgh City Sales Team is a fast-paced office and we are looking for someone to support the smooth running of the team with a wide range of secretarial tasks and general administration responsibilities.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting the office Partner, which includes providing a full range of administration services such as extensive diary and email management, proof reading and client arrangements
Being up to date with current property instructions and assist in preparing reports, marketing material and other documentation
Arranging viewing and liaising with clients, assist clients visiting the office and arranging follow ups after client interactions
Assisting with marketing activities such as production of pitch materials, production of printed and online sales details and advertising across online platforms
Organise business generation events/functions on behalf of the department
Qualifications/Education Required:
2 years+ experience in a similar admin role
Strong IT Skills - Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the industry is a bonus
Skills Required:
Excellent customer services skills with a friendly and professional manner
Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
You will be a personable individual who is willing to assist the team and work within a fast paced environment
Exceptional standard of English grammar and spelling
Have strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail
Diligent and punctual with a can-do attitude and ability to use own initiative
