*4 + years' experience
*Excellent communication and interpersonal talents
*Strong customer care skills
*must have knowledge of SAP
*High attention to detail
*Professional, dynamic approach


Responsibilities within this Payroll Officer position:

*Responsible for ensuring electronic timesheets are approved
*Responsible for approving and uploading timesheets/ Salaries Payroll
*Being responsible for managing holiday pay
*Managing the Worker Compliance Portal
*Maintenance of the portal, ensuring compliance
*Managing separate portals and ensuring all approved time is authorised
*Manage the Invoicing process through SAP
*Handling all payroll enquirers including technical issues
