Dynamic Global Office Manager for West-End private equity house to look after the London, Hong Kong and Singapore Offices!

This is an exciting new role for this high-growth Private Equity Firm, suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate global office/property management.

Duties:
*Manage all vendor relationships such as external IT, telecoms including reviewing
terms and invoices globally
*Act as first point of contact for landlord and health and safety auditors globally
*Prepare corporate services budget
*Lead and direct maintenance contractors globally
*Keep up to date and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations especially
relating to COVID globally

The skills you need to bring:

*Office/facilities management experience essential, ideally from a boutique sized
financial services or Tech firm - must have had a global remit
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
*Advanced MS Office
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Proactive and forward thinking, flexible and resourceful in your approach to work
