Scope
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Renewals team, often the first point of contact for clients and applicants, responsible for the general office paperwork, answering telephones, and day to day running and support of the department.
Responsibilities
Client Support
Office Administration: Maintaining filing systems i.e. exchange and upload documents on Aspasia Setting up and maintaining up to date record of renewals on Teams spreadsheet
Professional Standards
Paperwork - Attention to detail when checking dates, rent etc. from the past addendum and extension form. Adding to the Teams spreadsheet.
Updating monthly Teams spreadsheet and doing all checks (inc. CDD dates).
Errors & Warnings - as and when required by Renewals negotiator.
Chasing and exchanging of documents - Checking DocuSign/spreadsheet and alerting renewals negotiators of any exchanges or parties not signing.
Tenant Deposit Returns - Checking any outstanding TDR and processing in a timely manner.
Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required Very organised individual is required for this role. The successful applicant will possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to create and maintain effective relationships, and the ability to meet tight deadlines calmly. You will have an assertive but friendly manner, excellent IT skills, good typing and administration skills and the ability to multi-task. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Previous experience of working within property would be a bonus but is not essential.
