My clients are a global property firm and are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their Lettings Customer Care team. This will be to support the team with general admin duties including marketing, liaising with landlords and tenants, right to rent checks, renewals, general support for the team, minutes in meetings.
This is a contract role 3 months which is likely to be re-newed.
Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required Very organised individual is required for this role. The successful applicant will possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to create and maintain effective relationships, and the ability to meet tight deadlines calmly. You will have an assertive but friendly manner, excellent IT skills, good typing and administration skills and the ability to multi-task. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Previous experience of working within property would be a bonus but is not essential.
