International auditing firm is looking for an Audit Manager to be responsible for a portfolio of clients, to take some internal practice responsibilities and to supervise a team of auditors.

The company is engaged with an audit client across a number of industries, but primarily technology, consumer business, professional services and manufacturing
As a Manager within the Audit and Assurance practice your responsibility will include, but not be limited to:
· Audit and Assurance planning and the delivery of the Audit and Assurance plan to the client;
· Day to day management of field teams, including reviewing work of staff members;
· Liaison with key client staff providing timely reporting and management information;
· Management of reporting requirements, including working with the team on client premises and attendance at meetings;
· Developing and mentoring more junior members of staff;
· Involvement in tendering for new clients;
· Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution;
· Involvement in internal functions such as HR, Recruitment, Trainings, Technical areas.

Skills and strengths of most successful Audit Manager applicants include:
· Previous experience of working with IFRS and UK GAAP reporting standards;
· Experience in auditing Ltd company audit clients;
· The ability to present client data in a clear and concise format;
· Ability to develop effective client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders;
· Experience with working with a variety of entities and industries, especially consumer business, professional services, manufacturing, technology and real estate;
· Thriving under pressure and able to prioritise effectively
· Project management experience
· ACA/A
· CCA qualification (or equivalent)
