My client is a company that support over 400 Franco British businesses with a comprehensive range of services. They are now looking to hire Relationship Coordinator to join their team and be responsible for ensuring their members are engaged, satisfied and retained.

The Relationships Team's main role is to ensure representatives from their member companies are engaged in their membership and connect with one another, creating opportunities within it's dynamic and multicultural network. Membership is cross-sectoral and includes SMEs and entrepreneurs, as well as many of the largest international companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

· Managing relationships with members
· Deliver all updates and administration for members including CRM
· Manage the Member Privileges Offers program
· Deliver range of planning, monitoring and reporting on Relationships and prepare for internal and external meetings (briefs, members news etc)
· Ensure general operational and administrative support to the Head of Relationships
· Answer phone and email enquiries

· Outstanding organisational skills and attention to details
· Good commercial, networking and interpersonal skills
· Team spirit: willing to step in and help outside of core scope
· Self-motivated, energetic and takes the initiative

Skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with participants at all levels of seniority, whether by email, phone or face-to-face
· Good knowledge of basic IT tools (MS Office, Outlook, research on Internet, etc.)
· Previous experience of using a CRM
· Fluency in French is a must

Experience

· Business qualification or equivalent experience
· At least 1 to 2 years' experience in Client relations environment
· Experience with international/multicultural environment desirable

ABOUT THIS POSITION

· The salary for this position is up to £24,000 annually (+ performance-linked bonus) based on experience
· Pension 4% after 3 months
· Private Medical Insurance and Income Protection Insurance after 3 months of service
· Holidays: 25 days per annum in addition to 3 days of holiday at Christmas
· Our working hours are Monday 09.00-17.00. Some events, including all in-person events, take place outside of office hours.

They offer a hybrid working model and the Relationships Coordinator will be required to attend their office in London on a weekly basis (2 to 3 days per week)
