As a customer advisor, you'll be making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from clients, providing them with the information, advice, and direction that they need around our probate services. You'll need to be both professional, and compassionate, as you'll be dealing with people who may be going through one of the most difficult times of their lives. We're not just a standard contact centre. Our values and purpose are what make us different. And it'll be up to you to bring them to life and provide the best service and support possible for our customers at a time when they need it most. 
What you'll do
*answer inbound queries and make outbound calls to potential customers
* accurately document customer queries and details, updating records on our case management system
* explain our services to clients in a clear and understandable way, showing empathy, compassion and professionalism at all times
* offer different solutions to customers based on their individual needs
receive training and support from senior colleagues, maintaining a focus on your own professional development 
This role would suit people who have
*experience within a call centre and fast-paced environment would be beneficial
* great communication and relationship building skills
* a keen eye for detail
* a passion for delivering great customer service
* good IT skills and experience with Microsoft applications such as Word and Teams (due to remote working)
* the ability to empathise with clients, remaining calm and professional even in difficult situations
