Leading global real assets investment management firm is currently looking for it's Analyst. Through its investor-operator culture, the firm seeks to deliver sustainable investment solutions across real assets categories, geographies, risk profiles and execution formats so that its clients, users, people and communities thrive.

In this role you will be providing analytical and organisational support to the investment, operating, client care and investor services teams in the management of real asset portfolios including performance calculations, attribution analysis, investment team reporting, data handling and manipulation, monitoring & usage of industry benchmarks, risk monitoring and reporting, preparing marketing materials, generating client reports and responding to ad-hoc data related requests.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

*Portfolio attribution analysis and investment team reports
*Monitoring and reporting industry and custom benchmarks
*Amalgamation and insightful analysis of commercial data
*Performing performance calculations and risk monitoring
*Viewing/reviewing/amending and analyzing the region and or asset class data
*Preparing and/or reviewing analytical data for marketing material development including presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and general consultant due diligence
*Support client reporting process with required data in accordance with client requirements
*Support to Investment Teams in providing data to support the portfolio monitoring process.
*Income analysis and tenant credit reporting
*Respond to ad hoc data requests from all departments.
*Developing and testing new IT systems and software


Key Skills/Experience

*Bachelor's degree with an aspiration to continue education (Masters, CIPM, CAIA or CFA for example)
*Some working experience preferable, but not obligatory
*Ability to be concise and articulate in communication and present data and information effectively. Ability to interrogate data and performance to draw conclusions
*Ability to communicate well in a team environment; to provide and receive well-intentioned constructive criticism.
*You have well developed financial skills, analytical skills and have a strong customer/client focus mindset.
*You are excited about data and able to explain complex numbers to parts of the business less familiar with data sets and lineage.
*You know how to prioritise your workload and deal well with multiple deadlines/requests
*An open mind and willingness to learn a must
