Reporting Lines:
You will report into the Managing Directors
Focus areas of the role:
The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:
*Provide efficient and effective administrative support to both Managing Directors by ensuring all communication sources are kept up-to-date and well managed.
*Pro-active diary management for both Managing Directors.
*Preparing the weekly planner and to do list by working with the Managing Directors.
*To support on project administration and coordination activities when required.
*To attend high-level meetings and keep track of all actionable items, ensuring these are followed up until the point of completion.
*Clear and accurate minute taking.
*To pro-actively well organise all aspects of event management for the Managing Directors.
*To successfully complete Level 3 Getting Things Done accreditation and support Directors in achievement of this.
*Any other ad-hoc tasks that may come in.
Success enablers:
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills, behaviours, and abilities:
*Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
*Capable of building high levels of trust and respect at all levels.
*A strong and clear communicator.


*At least 6 years' EA experience to CEO/MD within in a large-scale entrepreneurial business.
*Always respects the relevance of confidentiality within the role and so is able to act discreetly.
*Excellent IT, time management and organisational skills.
*Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident, and 'can-do' attitude.
*Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
*A team player.
*Seeks out better ways of working and improvement where possible.
