My clients are a leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors.
They are looking for a Team Assistant to join their Hotels team on a fixed term maternity contract.
Diary management, organisation of internal / external meetings, viewings and conference calls. Being proactive in reminding the team of meetings, ensuring they have everything they need, papers, etc.
Travel arrangements for valuation team, including UK and overseas, plus preparing detailed itineraries and travel packs where necessary.
Administration - responsible for the teams filing systems, archive, photocopying and confidential waste disposal. Document preparation including creating property files, audio / copy typing letters, memos, minutes, schedules, mail shots, presentations, pitching documents and reports. Maintain correct contact information on People Search for your team(s).
Professional experience and personal skills profile
2 years+ experience in a similar secretarial role
Mail Merge proficient
Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
Diary management experience
Good standard of English grammar and spelling, and takes pride in presentation of work
Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Have the necessary organisation skills to provide an efficient support service to the department
Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual with a tidy manner
Well presented with a clear speaking voice
