An exciting opportunity has arisen to join PLANET ROC as a recruiter. The focus of the role is delivering a true end-to-end service for both clients and candidates, facilitating every stage of the recruitment and placement process. You will liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, source potential candidates to fit their roles, screen and select candidates, conduct face-to-face competency interviews, and facilitate interviews and ultimately permanent placements with clients. You will need recruitment experience or have a strong background in the environmental sector.

Key Responsibilities



Client-facing and business development:

Research clients within the environmental, energy and waste sectors to identify new business opportunities and job roles.
Client calls, visits and hospitality activities to maintain and develop relationships.
Host regular client service reviews.
Attend and assist with networking and corporate events, to promote ROC's services and engage with clients.
Consistently meet or exceed agreed monthly sales targets.


Candidate-facing:

Ensure a constant flow of quality candidates through job advertisements, monitoring websites, job boards and encouraging referrals from existing candidates.
Promote ROC Recruitment's services and identify new candidates using social media.
Screen candidate CVs, send online assessment tests and registration forms.
Interview candidates in-depth to ascertain work experience, skills and aspirations.
Match candidates with roles to ensure clients receive a fast, responsive, accurate and professional service.
Nurture relationships with good candidates to maintain an extensive and loyal database.
