High profile family office is looking to identify a travelling Chief of Staff.

Reporting directly in to the Principal you will have a global remit for his personal offices based in London and the US. The role will entail frequent travel to make sure homes are prepped prior to his arrival. This is very much a hands-on role and candidates should have exceptional organisational skills.

The ideal candidate must have evidence of working in a family office or running a private estate for an UHNW and have experience in household staff management, contract and supplier negotiation, property refurb and luxury goods acquisition.


* Degree level educated
* Evidence of supporting a UHNW individual and ideally have managed direct reports
* Understanding the importance of total discretion and confidentiality
* Exemplary coordinating talents deal with all matters concerning his high value art pieces:
shipping, storing, archiving, restoration of damaged pieces and maintenance (clothes, art,
jewellery, and furniture)
* Exceptional attention to detail and evidence of managing contracts, budgets and property
* Property management
