My clients are a leading real estate firm and are looking to recruit a Team Assistant to support the valuations and operational teams within the Birmingham office.
This is a very busy department operating within a dynamic and changeable environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support to ensure the smooth running of the team.
As a Team Assistant you will be responsible for:
*Administration support- responding to information requests and distribution of mail
*Supporting the Team by ensuring communications are correctly recorded and placed
*Maintaining organizational communication with clients, managers, scheduling meetings
*Being the marketing ambassador for the team, diary management, including arranging inspections.
You will be an organised, driven, hard-working individual who is self-motivated and adaptable within a dynamic work environment. You will have experience within a similar role in an office or administration environment and will have knowledge of word excel and powerpoint. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a busy team.
