Customer Service Advisor

My clients are a student accommodation provider and are looking to recruit a customer service advisor who can start asap to assist with various admin and customer service duties. Based in Southampton. Immediate start!

15hr a week shifts (weekends included)
shifts will be comprised between 8 am - 8 pm, early, mid and late shifts

ideally you will have Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously, both orally and in writing
- A professional and calm approach when handling difficult situations
- Commitment to understanding, empathising and delivering against customer needs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Answering calls in a timely fashion
*Dealing with emails
*Room inspections- making sure they are ready for arrivals
*Providing a friendly welcome to visitors, dealing efficiently with the signing in process
*Maintaining the Reception area as a tidy and welcoming environment
*Maintaining effective security of the office premises
*Receiving courier parcels and arranging internal dispatch in a timely fashion, advising staff promptly of receipt of a parcel or delivery
