Dynamic Hedgefund in the Mayfair area is looking for a recruitment coordinator to join the HR team, this is initially a 1 year FTC, may go permanent.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work primarily with the HR Business Partners responsible for delivering successful recruitment outcomes across all areas of the organisation.
Supporting the HR team with the recruitment processes covering experienced and graduate hires
Act as liaison with candidates and recruitment suppliers
Coordination of interview schedules including applying the relevant testing approach
Obtaining and consolidating feedback and test results
Invigilating testing environments
Organisation and leading candidate Superdays and Pair-Programming feedback check-ins
Checking that candidate CVs meet minimum requirements and are screened accordingly
Utilising in house recruitment system to manage open roles including managing candidate pipelines, assigning competency scorecards, reporting and hiring progress
Suitable candidates should be graduates with an interest in HR and pursuing a career in Talent.
