Clare graduated in 2004 with a Degree in Media and Communications. She found her passion in recruitment after joining a well-known High Street recruitment agency, however, Clare soon felt that she had exceptional skills at building relationships with candidates and clients. Having a brief understanding of the recruitment industry, Clare felt that for a more niche, privately owned company would be a much better fit for her. 18 years ago Clare joined our team here at ROC where her career progressed to become an Account Manager for one our major Clients.
When Clare joined ROC as a candidate resourcer; she very soon developed into a skilful recruiter, playing a pivotal role in our Commercial Division. Clare is now a vital member of the team who not only manages permanent and temporary recruitment but makes a massive contribution as an ambassador to the business.
Clare leaves no stone unturned; She has built such strong, longstanding relationships with her clients that she is i extension of their internal Recruitment Team. Driven by the desire to exceed their expectations, she is excellent at overcoming challenges and managing the demands of complex organizations and highly specialized role requirements.
Clare enjoys a great life outside of work and loves spending quality time with her husband and three wonderful children.
