PA- Travel Coordinator
*PA/Travel Coordinator - Global organisation
*Corporate travel booking experience essential
*£27,000- £30,000 pro rata + exc bens
*6 month contract - may go permanent!
Reporting to the Senior Business Assistant, this role is mainly responsible for booking complex corporate travel across multiple time zones as well as providing general administration and support to the team and working on ad hoc projects as required.
Based in The City for a global corporate company, this role would suit a PA or Business Support Assistant with corporate travel booking experience and the confidence to liaise with Senior Managers and Directors.

To be successful in this Team Secretary contract role, you will have:
*Experience within a PA / Business Support / Secretarial role
*Experience booking complex corporate travel across multiple time zones
*Word and Excel skills
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal talents
*Ability to work calmly under pressure
*High attention to detail
*Strong organisation and planning skills
Key areas of accountability within this Team Secretary contract position include:
*Booking flights, hotels, cars etc across multiple time zones
*Ensuring tickets and itineraries are checked and issued well in advance
*Processing visa and passport renewal applications
*Processing invoices and some accounts admin
*Updating a monthly spreadsheet
*Filing, scanning, archiving
*Ad hoc projects
