My client is looking for a property research analyst to join the research team which sits within marketing and business development.

Main responsibilities:

• Day to day management of a sector specific database 
• Identifying and delivering specific research projects to agreed deadlines 
• Undertaking specific analysis 
• Be a key point of contact for the firm for advice on mapping, economics, and other property related information. 
• Other research related duties commensurate with the needs of the business.

Desired skill set

• Degree educated coupled with the ability to see practical business opportunities 
• First rate communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues into presentations, reports and research papers. 
• The ability to deal with internal and external stake holders 
• Data base management skills 
• Proven background in research within a professional services company.
