A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Office PA to join this established boutique property business in the heart of Manchester.

Key responsibilities:
-Processing aspects of workflow for all jobs from inception to completion and entering all information on databases
-Maintaining files and database
-Support qualified surveyors in pursuing audit opportunities
-Liaise with Valuation office, Local Authorities, and tribunals as required to progress caseload on behalf of Surveyors
-Arrange meetings and appointments for the office and Partners
-Collate and prepare information for the Surveyors
-Other administrative duties as required
Experience and skills required:
-Current strong administrative experience preferably in the property sector
-Good analytical experience
-Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM databases
-Good time management
-Proven ability of prioritising and managing varied workloads
-Strong communication skills at all levels
