Premium West-End property company is looking for a hands-on Facilities help-desk assistant to work on the help-desk team, 1 year fixed term contract!
Acting as principle contact for all enquiries, submitted via the Helpdesk, and delegating tasks to appropriate members of the department
Prioritise job requests monitoring progress and keeping business users updated on job
status
Overseeing maintenance programmes for each office with responsibility for liaising with
respective contractors
Dealing promptly with reactive tasks or emergencies, escalating to relevant parties when
appropriate
Central administrator for Condeco room booking software system with responsibility for
communicating updates to team administrators and providing assistance to business users as
and when required
Responsibility for coordinating the accreditation process with a full range of duties
including liaising with accreditation bodies and auditors, arranging internal/external
audits, coordinating site visits and ensuring that documentation remains current
Provide Health and Safety operational support including coordinating H&S audits ensuring
findings are closed out promptly, collation of documentation including reports and risk
assessments, attending H&S meetings and liaising with external parties, including DSE
consultants, when required
Conducting inductions ensuring new starters are introduced to the new working environment
and equipped with useful information and guidance
Responsible for uploading documentation to the intranet and ensuring that information
remains relevant
Occasional cover of Reception duties dealing with incoming calls, visitors, booking
couriers and arranging travel

Excellent customer service skills
Polite and articulate with a polished and professional approach
Ability to communicate with people at all levels confidently and professionally
Customer focused with the ability to build strong customer relationships
Strong team player with a natural ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
and contractors
Ability to resolve problems quickly, efficiently and in a calm manner
Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and flexible particularly as there will be an occasional requirement to work
outside of core hours
