Award winning Property Asset management company who are passionate about what they do are looking to hire an experienced Communications Executive who will have worked on the PR agency side.

This is an exciting opportunity within a well-established communications and marketing team, working on a wide-range of communication, community and marketing strategies for large scale regeneration schemes, a variety of platform businesses, meanwhile use projects and community initiatives at a local and national level.

The communications executive will be an ambitious, driven and highly organised member of the marketing and communications team, who will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Director, the Communications Manager and Communications assistant, as well as the Development and Investment teams.
You will help to shape, manage and deliver comprehensive communications and marketing campaigns, events and collateral, for projects and schemes and its subsidiary platform businesses.

* To work with the Communications Manager to co-ordinate photography, filming and videos as
required, and other activities to support place-making

* To work effectively with other teams across the business (development, retail, investment
etc) to identify and maximise opportunities in terms of communications support, marketing
and digital marketing activity

* To assist PR agencies write and sell in press releases, features, interviews and case
studies when necessary, in order to drive coverage

* To help produce briefing notes when necessary for the Senior Management Team ahead of
press interviews and attend press interviews as required

* To support the PR and Communications Manager, Marketing Director and any retained PR
agencies, in organising and running public consultation and community events

* To attend trade shows and seminars as appropriate in order to build contacts and enhance
industry knowledge

* To attend meetings as required to contribute creative ideas and provide activity updates

* To create presentations to support the delivery of business messages at Senior Management
level

* To proof read papers/collateral for any team in the business that requires distributing
outward facing documents


Previous Experience Required

*Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a PR/communications team environment
*Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing
situations in complex project environments, prepare responses quickly and clearly
use initiative
*Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player
*Creativity and experience of organising events
*Project management skills
*High degree of accuracy and discretion in executing work
*Ability to schedule work and deliver to tight deadlines
*An excellent understanding of social media channels and how to use them to
communicate effectively
*Place-making experience would be preferable but not essential
