Team/Office
Management and organisation of team
Ensure the smooth running of the office including:
I.rchase and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
Office meetings - weekly agendas
Secretarial support for team members including typing and other administrative tasks as required
Facilities management including Health & Safety, fire safety compliance, risk management, disaster and contingency planning, information security, sustainability
Liaise with HR regarding staff vacancies/new starter processes, absence/holiday requests
Induction of new staff
Office branding
Financial
Use of Accounts system (SAP) to monitor income and expenditure, process supplier invoices and raise client invoices
Maintenance of office sales spreadsheeMonthly reporting of fees
Petty Cash / Local Banking / Expenses / Cheque requisitions
Property Administration/Marketing
Assist in drafting and collating pitching material and documents
Involvement in preparing properties for the market for sales and lettings, including file and brochure creation, corresponding with customers, booking photographs and carrying out AML/Right to Rent checks
Maintain office internet presence and update social media
Point of liaison for central Marketing
Experience and Personal Skills Profile
Knowledge Required
Strong secretarial/administrative background with proven organisational ability and an interest in property
Qualifications/Education Required
