Global Property Company - Hotels Team
Start Date - Wednesday 5th February 2020
West End
4 week temp booking (may be extended)
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a Global Property Company, as a Team Assistant in their Hotels team.
Team Assistant Responsibilities:
* Acting as an ambassador for the partner, supporting the PA and team at all times and carrying out all personal assistant duties in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner
* Web administration for the team
* Full control and maintenance of team diaries, making appointments and arrangements for all meetings with clients and colleagues
* Prepare reports, agendas and papers for meetings
* Typing of all correspondence: emails, reports, letters, minutes, schedules etc
* Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail
* Administrating all expense claims
* Helping to maintain databases
* Minute taking
* Assisting with advertising in property publications
* Answering the phone in an efficient and polite manner.
Team Assistant Requirements:
* Secretarial/PA experience
* A keen interest in property would be desirable
* Experience of supporting a team
* Excellent English grammar and spelling
