Temp Recruitment Coordinator Role

*Monday - Friday - 9:30-17:30
*Start Date ASAP
*2 WEEKS (may be extended)
Our client a Global Property Company based in the West End is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator on an ongoing temporary basis.
Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities
* Consult with hiring managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
* Report to the Head of Internal Recruitment
* The roles are at various stages in the recruitment process.
* There are different Hiring Managers, Recruiters, methods of finding candidates ie agency or direct candidates.
* Your role is to pull the filling of those roles - you will be given a handover from a member of the internal recruitment team.
* You will be the interface between the Internal Recruitment Team and the Hiring Manager (again some will be senior members of staff), so tact, efficiency and diplomacy is key.
* You will liaise with agencies and candidates directly.
* Your role is to be the conduit between all parties - the candidate, the agency (if applicable) and the Internal Hirer ie the stakeholder.
* You will be following up interviews in process
* Ensure offers are passed on appropriately
* Giving feedback to all parties
* Ensuring contracts have gone out - ie liaise with the internal recruitment team administrator
