My clients are a global property firm based in the West End, the Residential Marketing & Communications team provides support and assistance for London offices, in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns.
This is a pivotal role within the Residential Marketing Team. Whilst having clear responsibilities to a designated area of the business the team success requires a flexible approach to support peers on ad-hoc items when required. You will be highly skilled at planning and running campaigns and delivering results, insights and recommendations.
Relationship management and influencing skills are a key requirement of this role. It's important that any potential candidate is comfortable working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and thrives on daily challenges. Whilst being office based, this role will require a number of local office visits as required.
Responsibilities
Responsible for delivery of the localised marketing strategy for the region including the following channels:
Direct mail, email marketing, social media, advertising, website(s) and content
The go to person for the region for marketing support to meet office level objectives and drive market appraisals
Cultivate and maintain excellent working relationships and channels of communication with key stakeholders, reporting efficiently to marketing team and identifying synergies and optimising strategy on an ongoing basis
Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met, including tactical campaign ROI
Utilising the market and customer insights to drive recommendations for innovation and development of marketing activity
Proactively pitching campaign ideas and ways in which the region and offices can grow their market share
A super-user in the following systems
Drag and Drop (creative templates), dotmailer (email marketing) Addintel (direct mail), response tap (call reporting), Bynder (project management), and the CMS
Professional experience and personal skills profile
Degree in Marketing would be an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Confident communicator and presenter
Strong project management/organisational skills.
Experience of the full creative process (briefing, planning, developing, execution and evaluation).
Personal skills
An experienced relationship manager, able to demonstrate strong diplomatic and influencing skills.
Strong inter-personal skills.
Skilled at working under pressure.
Excellent grammar and spelling skills.
An eye for detail and be very accurate in their work.
Imagination and good visual sense.
Strong IT and presenting skills
Pro-active, hands-on and a strong sense of self-motivation.
Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
Facilitation and influencing skills.
Excellent organisational skills, working efficiently alone and as a part of a wider team.
Ability to give structured, objective feedback.
