My clients are a leading global real assets investment management firm operating in over 30 offices and 20 countries around the world.
They are looking to recruit an Investment Administrator to work within the existing Investment Operations team. The team works between the global investment teams, and Financial Operations team, to facilitate the administration and execution of investment decisions within Investment Management's Indirect Private Real Estate business and to provide portfolio support for operational and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

*Manage subscription/redemption process for clients' global investments
*Manage secondary market trading process for clients' global investments
*Process corporate action responses for clients' global investments
*First port of call to ensure investment teams compliance with internal investment protocols
*Instruct financial activity in relation to capital calls
*Maintenance of global Transaction Log
*Managing the Order Allocation process and ensure clients are treated fairly
*Maintenance of client files, including conducting AML/KYC checks
*Relationship management for client custodians
*Adherence to operational processes and policies
*Represent Investment Operations team at client Operational Due Diligence meetings

Key Skills/Experience

*Relevant experience, ideally in a investment management firm
*Organized, accurate and exceptional attention to detail
*Excel literate
*Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
*Team player with proven ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues

HoursMonday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.00, although flexibility with hours may be required
