Temporary to Permanent role (3 month temp)
£10.00 Per Hour
37.5 Hours Per week, Monday- Friday 9-5
Office based- Sheffield
Acting on behalf of my client, I am recruiting a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity within their Estate Planning department
Job Role
You will be speaking to new and existing customers and assisting them with their query. You will also be responsible for updating system with the correct information.
You'll be responsible for
*Interacting with Customers on the phone and email
*Interacting with colleagues and internal teams
*Providing a great Customer experience every time
*Keeping and updating accurate records of calls in line with regulatory requirements
As an ideal candidate for this opportunity, you'll have:
