This is a busy role requiring high energy from an experienced temps controller. Manage business development, talent attraction, screening, interviewing and booking in temps.

To achieve success, you will have:
*2 + years experience as a temporaries controller
*Experience of recruiting temporary staff
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets
*IT literacy.
*Flexible and adaptable nature

Key responsibilities
Expanding and converting existing business by opening up a wider range of roles
Experienced at managing and developing relationships with corporate clients
Managing client contracts, SLA's and compliance
Manage events, networking, social media to grow the desk
Developing relationships with the client at every level
Ensuring exemplary customer service at every level
Managing your own candidate resourcer
Responsible for advertising and sourcing candidates from a wide-reaching and creative methodology
Ensuring your database of candidates is developed a
