City investment bank has an exciting opportunity for HR Coordinator to assist the HR team.
Their Human Resources department is looking for a super-efficient and highly organized individual to join their team. The role is ideal for someone who wants to be in a fast-paced role, who has extremely strong organisational skills, likes to be part of a team and wants to get an holistic understanding of how an HR team works in a bank.
Duties:
*Working closely with the HR Business Partners to play a key role in the effective
delivery of all operational activities relating to staff in the London, Paris &
Brussels offices starting from Onboarding of employees over all questions during the
lifecycle of employees such as Learning & Development, Compensation, Policies to the
leavers process
*Preparing documentation in connection with regular administrative processes (e.g.
salary increases, references, holidays and other absences)
*Creation and administration of contracts, offer letters, background checks
collection of relevant ID document.
Person Specification/Requirements
Graduate with HR assistance experience essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively ensuring all
deadlines are met
Pro-active approach
Excellent and proven Excel skills
Flexible and collaborative, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Friendly Customer Focused, Strong interpersonal skills
Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
