The purpose of this role is to execute company strategy within all (e-)Commerce and pharmacies key clients to ultimately deliver the business objectives, to manage (e)-commerce accounts and to develop the relationship with (e-)Commerce and pharmacies key clients
AREA OF WORK A: ACCOUNT BUSINESS PLAN CREATION AND MONITORING
Responsibility:
> Account business plan efficiency
> Budget accuracy
> Competitive intelligence
Missions:
> Achieve all key sales measures and target for the responsible accounts
> Define appropriate assortment for each client and ensure its permanent availability
> Track sell-out and optimal stock level to avoid out of stocks
> Forecast and monitor sell-in and sell-out sales and report results
> Implement sell-in and sell-out corrective actions
> Execute new product launches and online and/or offline animations
> Ensure all trade and marketing funds are spent in most efficient way to drive business growth
> Carry out competitive intelligence
AREA OF WORK B: NEGOTIATION
Responsibility:
> Sell-in and sell-out sales
> Managing a budget
> Product referencing and visibility
> Profitability of each client account
Missions:
> Present and reference the ranges and new products
> Develop and manage customer relationships with existing clients
> Target and open new clients in line with channel strategy
> Negotiate and implement annual agreements with (e-)Commerce clients
> Define and negotiate a yearly trade marketing plan for each client in cooperation with the Marketing and HQ (e-)retail guidelines
> Coordinate the litigation management
Profile:
1-2 years of relevant experience within marketing/sales in beauty industry
Great communication and presentation skills
Passion for beauty/ skincare
Proactive attitude and creative
Good commercial awareness
Confident speaker
Digital Marketing skills would be a plus
Knowledge of CRMs would be a plus
French speaker would be a plus but not required
