Requirements:

· Experience with wastepaper trading and or paper mill waste paper buying experience

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, comprehensive negotiation skill
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of paper grades.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools
Appetite for traveling is essential
Responsibilities:

Procurement of wastepaper materials in a cost-effective manner for pulp & paper plants.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships across a diverse work population.
Act as a liaison in dealings among suppliers/mills/internal departments when necessary.
Analyze market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability and market analysis.
Create strategic alignment and support for targeted initiatives throughout the organization.
Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
Ensure risk management and business interruption processes are in place for the entire supply chain.
Keep informed of economic, industrial, and other trends that affect markets, prices, and delivery conditions.
Leading Daily/weekly/monthly communication with mills for the production needs.
Monitor performance and capabilities of vendors to ensure maintenance of delivery, quality, and price commitments.
Monitor supply and demand activity for key commodities and conduct accurate supply chain forecasts.
Travel to visit suppliers and paper mills.
