Mayfair based private equity firm is looking for client facing receptionist who will be happy to meet and greet clients and undertake administration duties. The role will operate as part of the overall administration team and is only partly reception based the remainder of your time will be working as a PA


On a day to day basis candidates will:

*Answering incoming calls

*logging guests onto the main building reception database)

*Greet visitors on arrival (as first point of contact)

*Taking visitors through to meeting rooms

*Sorting the Post before distribution throughout the office

*Booking Couriers/Cabs - keeping records

*Updating a report on daily basis

*Updating CRM Contacts Database (daily)

*Updating telephone & contact lists

*Booking international travel

*Liaising with building management regarding maintenance issues

*Liaising closely with our catering team and helping with event co-ordination

*Contacting the cleaning company regarding any cleaning issues

*Ordering stationery

*Keeping the stationary room tidy

*Documenting, retrieval and sending boxes to archive

An excellent communicator is needed coupled with the ability to undertake administration tasks. Ideally one years experience in a similar role must be grad who is happy to work on reception but equally someone who wishes to progress!!
