My clients are a student accommodation provider and are looking to recruit a customer service advisor who can start asap until mid June to assist with various admin and customer service duties. Based in Waterloo and Stratford locations. Immediate start!

The role will be a 37 hour week working Monday - Friday with some weekend work also. If you work a weekend then you will get a day off in the week.

7.5h shifts, working 5 days out of 7 (weekends included)
shifts will be comprised between 8 am - 8 pm, early, mid and late shifts

ideally you will have Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously, both orally and in writing
- An objective, professional and calm approach when handling difficult situations
- Previous experience of and commitment to understanding, empathising and delivering against customer needs
