My clients are a student accommodation provider and are looking to recruit 4 customer service advisors who can start immediately to assist with various admin and customer service duties. Based in Oxford.

The role will be a 37 hour week working Monday - Friday with some weekend work also. If you work a weekend then you will get a day off in the week.

Hours will be 10am - 6pm or 12pm - 8pm

ideally you will have Previous experience in a customer facing role
-Ability to communicate effectively and courteously, both orally and in writing
-An objective, professional and calm approach when handling difficult situations
-Previous experience of and commitment to understanding, empathising and delivering against customer needs
