To ensure the companies TWM contracts are delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently and in a cost-effective & profitable manner. The company prides itself in its high levels of service provided and the Contract Manager plays a key role in ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded.
Principal duties and responsibilities
*Manage a small portfolio of TWM contracts
*Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
*Ensure H&S procedures and risks are well managed
*Regular visits to customer sites to ensure ongoing projects are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed timescales
*Development of ongoing improvement plans
*Develop new initiatives and innovations
*Escalation point for any service issues
*Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
*Production of customer Management Information
*Ensuring accurate monthly invoicing
*Forecast and track client account metrics
*Work alongside sales team to deliver new contract implementations
Key success factors
*Long term contract retention
*Growth of existing accounts
*Increased profitability
*Multiple relationships with key stakeholders
*Successful delivery of new initiatives and innovations
*Timely submission of monthly reporting etc
