This exciting opportunity is for a Recruitment Consultant, working within the Permanent Placement Division at the company. The focus of the role is to expand existing business and generate new business to generate roles within the property, management consultancy, private equity, family office, UHNWI and entrepreneurial sectors. We have a strong business development function that you will be engaged with to grow your desk.

Deliver an end-to-end service for both clients and candidates, facilitating every stage of the recruitment and placement process. You will liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, source potential candidates to fit their roles, screen and select candidates, conduct face-to-face competency interviews, and facilitate interviews and ultimately permanent placements with clients. ROC exploits many different avenues to source high-calibre candidates, including a candidate resourcing team, social media and multiple job-boards.

One year office support recruitment agency experience and the desire to succeed.
