My clients are a student accommodation provider and are looking for 7 customer experience team assistants who can start from 15th August-19th August(Monday-Friday) to assist with various duties.
The hours will be 9:00-15:00

The accommodation is Based in Portsmouth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

To form an integral part of the city operations team during the "Turnaround the Room" period, providing an outstanding student experience through working with colleagues and delivering high quality customer service. You will be responsible for:

-Providing a friendly and efficient "Meet and Greet" for customers as they arrive to check in
-Customer orientation and escorting customers to their rooms
-Assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner, showing empathy and responding with urgency to customer requests
-Assisting with checking customers in and out if required
-Supporting in administrative preparation for the checking in / out process (filing, putting together check-in packs, delivering documents to rooms etc.) if required
