My clients are a leading global real estate firm based in Central London.
They are looking to recruit a Senior PA to support the Advisory Legal Europe on a 6 month contract.

They are looking for a PA to provide highly efficient assistance to the General Counsel, Europe and the wider Legal team for Advisory in Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for a business enabling administrator with a keen eye for detail looking for a role where their contribution is integral to the success of the team, with opportunities to become involved with the business outside of their core responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

* To work in a team of 25 people in the London office.
* Support the General Counsel /Executive Director and Senior Legal Directors as required.
* Booking travel via the Corporate Travel Account online booking system
* Managing the diary of the General Counsel
* Attending team meetings, taking comprehensive minutes and taking ownership to ensure that all action points are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
* Effective "gate keeping": managing incoming communication (via e-mail), efficiently establishing what is priority, drafting replies and ensuring that all mail and enquiries are processed in an accurate, professional and timely manner
* Managing administration of onboarding of new recruits within the Team and working with HR and IT to ensure new recruit has a smooth transition into the Legal Team
* Formatting, conversion and compilation of legal documents with multiple sections from multiple sources (across multiple programs including PDF, Powerpoint etc).
* Prepare high quality presentations, reports.
* Develop and maintain effective management and storage of Legal documentation
* Take ownership of issues - pushing things through to resolution, coordinating responses and keeping all stakeholders/clients informed as appropriate.

* Maintaining the Team Shared Drive folders and documents ensuring all are up to date, filed or archived as appropriate


Person Specification/Requirements

* Prior PA experience in a very busy, fast-paced team.
* Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Pro-active, using initiative.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good spelling and grammar
* Excellent numeracy and ability to support financial functions.
* Ability to work proactively and cooperatively as a team player.
* Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
* Confident and assertive where required
* Being forward thinking and looking ahead to keep the team prepared and organised
* Extremely professional and approachable. Ability to build trust and maintain confidences and operate with the utmost levels of integrity
* Excellent IT skills: SharePoint, Adobe PDF, Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point (production of high-quality documents, reports and correspondence, diary and email management in Outlook).
