Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for the day operation of the plant with specific regard to planning and managing the processing of all feedstocks.
Maximising operating efficiency and margins, with key accountability for the site profit and loss
Reporting, analysing and addressing weekly and monthly KPI's with line manager and Operations Director
Management of digestate and working in conjunction with stakeholders for haulage and spreading
Responsibility for site maintenance and working with contractors and third parties to minimise down time
Liaising as required with EHO, EA, HSE, AH
Maintaining PAS110; ABPR certifications
Adhering to planning conditions
Maintaining adequate records, samples, lab tests regimes
Local community outreach and liaison
Staffing - recruiting, training
Performance management of direct reports
Key Requirements
Mechanical aptitude
WAMITAB - AD Level 4
Understanding of PASS110
Good problem-solver
Experience managing budgets
People management experience
Experience using plant operation machinery
Collaborative team worker
