Responsibilities

Team
* Office front of house - communicating with a wide range of key people; clients, tenants and internal staff
* Property management administration - DocuSign, upload expense invoices, queries from tenants and contractors, property letting marketing materials and enquiries, utility accounts and repeat invoices.
* Property Management Systems - updating and enhancing property data including maintenance tasks/small works orders for contractors, uploading certification documents and contractor insurance and onboarding.
* In-house contact management systems - instructions, referrals, client due diligence
* In-House sales invoicing
* Filing (digital) - new job folders and property administration
* Assisting with the recording of farm and estate information onto the property management system
* Overflow team administration, preparing agendas, reports, minutes, Terms of Business, report proofing/formatting.
* Create CV's, business cards using Drag and Drop
* F:drive organisation and maintenance
* Order office supplies

HSE and Information Security
* Ensure clear desk & clear screen policies are followed
* Follow storage & archive protocols
* Ensure all H&S documents are uploaded onto Riskwise, weekly/monthly logging of inspections
* Environmental champion
* General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Information Security champion
* Fire Marshall - Training provided



Skills required
* 2 years+ experience
* IT competency proficient and technically agile (all MS suite and more)
* Excellent English grammar and spelling
Driving licence
