Job Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Contracts Manager to join our busy Account Management team. You will be ensuring the companies TWM contracts are delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently and in a cost-effective & profitable manner. The company prides itself in its high levels of service provided and the Contract Manager plays a key role in ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded.
We are looking for someone that has had previous experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a small portfolio of TWM contracts
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Ensure H&S procedures and risks are well managed
* Regular visits to customer sites to ensure ongoing projects are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed timescales
* Development of ongoing improvement plans
* Develop new initiatives and innovations
* Escalation point for any service issues
* Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
* Production of customer Management Information
* Ensuring accurate monthly invoicing
* Forecast and track client account metrics
* Work alongside sales team to deliver new contract implementations
Essential Skills And Experience
* Previous experience of long term contract retention
* Previous experience of growth of existing accounts
* Evidence of increasing profitability
* Effective communicator across all levels and able to build relationships with key stakeholders
* Innovative and able to come up with new ideas and processes to streamline work
* Punctual
